
Experienced human resources executive Laura Dabkowski has studied as a doctoral candidate at the Temple University Fox School of Business. In this capacity, she concentrated her academic work on a number of executive level and organizational interventions assisting in change management and strategic consulting with nonprofits and for profit businesses. Laura Dabkowski’s areas of focus include all human capital processes shaped to maximize effectiveness through continuous process improvement, organizational development and servant leadership principles .
Between 2014 and 2019, Ms. Dabkowski served as the senior vice president of people and organizational development at ABS in Philadelphia. Before that, she spent over ten years with Aramark – leading the Healthcare and Higher Education businesses, where she received the Aramark Executive Leadership Award for Outstanding People Vision.
Beyond her professional activities, Laura Dabkowski actively engages with several philanthropic groups and local organizations. She is a supporter of the Bethesda Project, Caring for Friends, the 4word Mentor program, and a number of community programs at St. Norbert’s. Her interests include international travel exploring and engaging in new cultures. While in the US, she enjoys attending the theater and other cultural activities.
